Caesar Ekya

Vice - President

Caesar Ekya, born Caesar Pandita, was born in Kashmir and grew up moving around various cities in India and Africa.  He earned a degree in Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University in India.  Caesar longed to make a move to the United States and in 1993 made the dream a reality, pursuing a
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton in Ohio.  After graduating with his Master’s, Caesar spent the tech boom and bust working as a software engineer for various companies.  He was working and living in Massachusetts when he met Sarita, and shortly thereafter, moved to New Hampshire.  After two years of marriage (and many visits to New York City), Caesar and Sarita decided to quit their jobs and move to the Big Apple to indulge their passion for the city.  Shortly after moving to the East Village in Manhattan, Caesar and Sarita embarked on the adventure of opening S’MAC.  Now that the restaurant doors are open and business is booming, Caesar focuses on new business development, restaurant processes, and developing investor and partner relations.
